Introducing the pm.Routine, the perfect way to wind down after a long day—whether you've been at the desk or catching waves. This routine starts by gently stretching out the body, followed by a mild workout to release any built-up tension. A guided tapping and breathwork session helps you mindfully decompress, allowing the day to melt away. The final step is a journaling session, where you can reflect on your day—taking time to appreciate the small moments, acknowledge what you've accomplished, and express gratitude.
